How Nadia Tours Pricing Works

Travel prices vary based on route, destination, dates, availability, supplier pricing, cabin or room selection, and traveler requirements. Nadia Tours helps customers research and coordinate suitable travel options. Any quoted travel cost remains subject to availability and applicable supplier terms until separately confirmed.

Service Fees

Nadia Tours may charge a separate service or planning fee for certain travel-assistance services. Where a service fee applies, it will be disclosed clearly before the customer chooses to proceed. No service fee is created merely by submitting a general inquiry unless separately stated.

Inquiry vs. Arrangement

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or using Plan My Trip does not create a booking, reservation, or guaranteed price. If Nadia Tours is able to assist with a requested arrangement, applicable pricing, availability, service fees, supplier terms, and the next steps will be communicated separately before the customer decides whether to proceed.

Supplier Terms

Travel services may be provided by independent airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or other travel suppliers. Their availability, fare rules, cancellation terms, refund conditions, and other supplier terms may apply to any proposed arrangement. Nadia Tours does not guarantee pricing, availability, or refunds, as these are determined solely by the applicable supplier.
